We are looking for an HR Manager to proactively drive the role of people management, company culture, and communications with the employment community in Bulgaria. Your role will be to lead strategic and tactical activities of people and processes that will provide HR services to the team in Sofia and will actively collaborate with the global HR team.

The POSITION:

We are looking for an HR Manager to proactively drive the role of people management, company culture, and communications with the employment community in Bulgaria. Your role will be to lead strategic and tactical activities of people and processes that will provide HR services to the team in Sofia and will actively collaborate with the global HR team.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the overall HR activities of the company in Bulgaria
  • Serves as a business partner for all aspects of the business
  • Participates in planning and operations meetings with management and employees to gain and offer HR insight on business and operational challenges
  • Develops a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and future direction in order to ensure business decisions take into account the people implications and minimize company exposure
  • Works with line managers to interpret and implement human resource policies, including employee development initiatives as well as compensation and benefit programs under general guidance of the GM and VP of HR
  • Provides coaching and feedback on how to improve individual and organizational performance to meet strategic and tactical goals and objectives
  • Oversees the recruitment and selection activity
  • Develops and facilitates training programs to help meet business needs
  • Coordinates the coaching process and employee feedback surveys
  • Facilitates employee and leadership development activities
  • Proactively leads the employer branding initiatives and manages communication with Universities, student and professional organizations
     

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology or Business-related studies
  • Extensive experience of HR Generalist with at least 3 years of HR management experience
  • Be up to date with the latest talent and OD interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships and consult at a senior business level
  • Experience in managing learning and development programs and initiatives. Delivery of training course, material is an advantage.
  • Dedicated, fast worker who is able to withstand the high demands of a fast paced environment
  • A team player, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask
  • Pleasant personality with great energy and initiative
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and ability
  • Excellent written and superior verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in English, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent and prepared to roll up one's sleeves to perform hands-on job
